The 1st: Miss Indonesia 2005!

I haven't been gettin much sleep lately.. No I was not in the pageant.. it's all b'cuz of TV (n_n); On Wednesday there were interesting movies on air, and last nite was "The 1st Miss Indonesia Beauty Pageant"! I dunno why, but I had a feeling that the 1st Miss Indonesia would be from West Java and it turns out 2 be true!! Miss Imelda F. from West Java was the winner of the pageant and also the winner for the Viewers' Choice. I knew she would win cuz she had good English compared 2 the other contestants. (Fluency in English is needed b'cuz Miss Indonesia'05 will be sent 2 The Miss ASEAN Pageant!) That's not a shock cuz she took Psychology Major in Ohio State University (OSU)!

Ohmygod! I mean, out of all the universities in the world..'twas OSU.. the campus - I've - known - all - my - life - and - wished - I - went - to - college - there. I mean I did experience living on campus there in OSU, Columbus, Ohio and I will never 4get the total 8 years I spent my life in Columbus, OH. And 4 the last 6 years or so in America I spent on campus, in 702 Cuyahoga Court, Buckeye Village 2 be exact! I was in Columbus 4 that long cuz Dad took his Master Degree and Ph.D. in OSU!

Sooo...a Buckeye is the 1st Miss Indonesia! Omg I feel touched, even though I don't know Imel but since she's from OSU and West Java (this is where my grandparents from Mom's side are from) which are the 2 factors I feel that I've connection with. Another thing in common would be my fluency in English and umm my interest in Psychology, hehe (^_^); (Gak penting ya..?? n_n)

Farewell Aki Muhdi & Ua Ono

On Tuesday (February 8, 2005) Aki Muhdi (my grandpa's older brother) passed away.. And not even 1 week after the Wedding in Majalengka... Ua Ono whose son just married on February 5, 2005 passed away on February 11, 2005... I was alone wit only my li'l bro at home that nite, cuz my parents went to Majalengka to see him being buried, and my maid went outta town back to her place for a couple of days.

Farewell Party...?? Not really... n_n

I'm gonna move in bout 2 weeks so gw jalan2 ama temen2 komplek ke CiToS. Ada Adie, Aldy, Bram, Deny, Dina, Hilman, Kiki, & Nindita. I bought Cita Cinta & SPICE!

Happy Lunar New Year! Since I don’t celebrate it, I just went to PIM with Mom, Dad & Ikhsan. We met Indah there ^_^ Then from there Ikhsan went to Azalea while Mom, Dad & I went to Makro, Pasar Rebo.. Pake nyasar doeloe lagee...

Majalengka

This is the 1st time I came to Majalengka, West Java, my grandma’s hometown from my mom’s side. When we arrived I felt straight away like I was at home. We went there by convoy, in Tante Atih’s car there was Om Kamil (who was driving), Tante Atih, Ririn & Indah. In my dad’s car there was Om Bambang & Dad (who took turns driving), Mom, Tante Ina, Ikhsan, Merina, Narisha & I. We slept over at Ua Aman (Mom’s cousin) & Ua Mayang’s house (Ua Mayang is Ua Aman’s wife). We were in Majalengka because Ua Ono’s (Ua Aman’s brother) youngest son was getting married.
