Farewell Ua Bandung... ;(

At about 10PM calls kept coming in. I was in my room wondering what was going on. Then I heard Dad say, "Sabar aja ya De..." I couldn’t hear clearly.. I lay still in bed 4 half an hour or so cuz I was afraid 2 go out & ask. I just knew it was bad news. Then I started 2 get sleepy.. suddenly, in a half-asleep condition@11PM Mom woke me up. She said, "Kami mau ke Bandung sekarang. Ua Bandung udah ga ada nak.." Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un.. I was in a half-shocked state cuz sumhow I had a feeling bout it but was shocked cuz it was true..! Ya Allah, please protect my uncle & give our whole family, especially his wife, children (Kak Fenny, Kak Devy & Band Ferdy) & mother (that's my grandma, Pung Mama) the strength 2 go thru this. I feel sorry 4 Pung Mama cuz@the age of 87, she had already seen 1 of her grandchild pass away, her husband (Pung Papa), her 6th child, her son-in-law, &now her 2nd child.. :'( She's a very strong woman & she still has strong memory! Omg, I dunno if I can still focus on my exams or not after receiving this bad news. It means The Twins' (Sharla & Diandra) grandpa passed away. My poor nieces..

I call my Uncle, Ua Bandung cuz he lives in Bandung. His real name is Prof. Dr. Barita Effendi Siregar. His wife: Mrs. Eritayati Lubis. His children: Fenny, Devy & Ferdy. His grandchildren: Sharla & Diandra (The Twins). His death was announced in the news paper (Pikiran Rakyat, Bandung) and also on TV that is TVRI, cuz he was the Director of Production in TVRI in 2001-2003. He was a great man & also very smart. We'll all miss you Ua...
